Brand guidelines
How to use the Singha Tax logo, colours, type and voice. For partners, press and anyone designing for us.
Who we are, in one line.
We simplify taxes, accounting and compliance so individuals and businesses can focus on growth. We sound like a modern tax professional explaining a complicated matter clearly: honest, practical and serious, never flashy.
Use the supplied files, as they are.

- Keep clear space around the logo on every side.
- Keep it small and in one corner of the layout.
- Place it on white or a light ground with strong contrast.
- On a dark ground, set it on a white rounded tile, as in the site footer.
- Scale it evenly, keeping its proportions.
- Stretching, compressing or rotating it.
- Recolouring it, or adding a shadow, glow or outline.
- Placing it on a busy photo or a low-contrast ground.
- Repeating it several times in one layout.
Minimum sizes
Navy for trust, a gradient for progress.
Deep navy and royal blue carry the brand. Cyan, teal and mint are accents: they highlight, and never carry body text on light grounds.
Primary palette
Ink, headings and dark buttons. White text on it.
Primary actions, links and active states.
Gradient mid-point and highlights on navy. Navy text on it.
Growth and success accents on navy.
Small highlight tints only.
Secondary palette
Near-black ink and deep backgrounds.
Dark surfaces and cards.
Supporting interface colour.
Captions and secondary text, 12 px and up on white.
Soft surfaces and fine dividers.
Gradients
Royal Blue → Cyan → Growth Teal. Headline words, large numbers and thin accent lines.
Deep Navy → Slate Navy → Slate. Dark, premium backgrounds.
Growth Teal → Light Mint. Small highlight fills, with navy text.
White text never sits on the primary gradient: its light end is too pale to read against.
Status colours
Status always pairs a light tint with its dark ink, and always carries a word. Red is kept for penalties and overdue items, and is not a brand colour otherwise.
Two typefaces, one clear hierarchy.
Poppins for headlines and buttons, Montserrat for reading. Both are free on Google Fonts. Do not add a third typeface.
Montserrat
Body copy, labels and interface text. Weights 400 to 700.

All styles use 150% line height. Headlines are tracked slightly tight (−0.03em), overlines widely (+0.1em). In social graphics, keep headlines to 3–6 words.
Plain English, honest and practical.
We write as “we”, to “you”. Serious rather than funny, formal rather than casual, and no jargon without a payoff.
“We handle your GST, income tax and company compliance, so you can focus on running your business.”
Calm and reassuring. Confident sentences that lead with the benefit.
“GSTR-3B due tomorrow. We’ll file it. You stay sane.”
Short sentences, concrete facts and one clear ask. Humour is allowed if it never undercuts trust.
Writing rules
Claims and accuracy
- “May be applicable”
- “Subject to eligibility”
- “As per current rules”
- “Verify the latest notification”
- “Everyone can claim this”
- “This is always tax-free”
- “You will definitely get a refund”
- Client results, savings or testimonials that are not real
Every due date, rate, section and late fee is checked against the current financial year before it is published. Figures in templates are examples, not facts.
Built from a small set of parts.
Rounded, calm and high-contrast. These are the website’s own components, shown live.

Readable by everyone.
Clarity is the brand promise, so it applies to how we build as much as to what we say.

One idea per post.
A 3–6 word headline, big type over clever type, and the logo small in one corner. A post is not a poster.
Deadline posts, largest to smallest
Cyan informs, green confirms, red is kept for the penalty, navy is the ground. Publish reminders a few days before the due date, never on the day.
